SHIPPING POLICY

These flowers are perishable items. We have limited stocks of different varieties of flowers, so we are demanding advance orders from customers, particularly on imported goods, because it takes time for preparations.

SERVICE FEE

​

  Our service fee will be based on different factors. It includes location, holidays, sundays, and time(morning or evening). Service fee is negotiable.

  If the recipient is not present on the time of delivery, the product can be received by an authorised person. Our delivery personnel will take photo/s for proof.

 There can be some instances that deliveries will be recieved by security guards. Our delivery personnel will leave once he/she receives authorization from the recipient.     Once the order is CONFIRMED, the customer can still have a 50% (maximum) refund if he/she cancelled the order because of reservation fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  Inform ahead of time if we are unable to deliver your item due to certain circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund. There will be no refunds for the recipient if:

  They gave a wrong address. They refuse to receive ordered items.
